SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We have partnered with DTDC to secure the best shipping rates for you.
The Shipping is offered at Rs 70/- throughout India.
The delivery will be made within 15 business days from the date of payment. In case there is any extraordinary delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will ensure that the same is communicated to you.

The order will be completed and ready for dispatch once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. The delivery is considered as completed once the order has been delivered to the address provided by you. If you prevent delivery of the products by, failing to supply the courier, local customs or tax office with necessary information or documentation; resulting in your package being returned to Ayushi Singla Label, any such return postage or courier's administration fees incurred, will be deducted from the amount that is to be refunded to you in respect that order. In case of custom-made orders, only 20% of the order value will be refunded. In case there is any fault on our side, we will do our best to provide you the product/refund or a credit note as compensation.
Duties & Taxes
For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
What is our Refund Policy?
The cancellation of any order within 24 hours of completion of the payment will entitle you to a 100% refund of the paid amount. We do not provide refund on any goods delivered as they are customized according to your personal preferences (Size and Colour) which renders them unsaleable for future purposes. However, in case of any defect in the product, we will exchange the goods or provide a credit note/gift voucher of the paid amount (Valid for 90 days) which can be used for future purchases at our website.
Goods are considered faulty only if they are delivered in a damaged condition or if the delivered items are not as per the order placed or have material defects which include physical wear and tear due to mishandling or any other circumstances before the product is delivered to you.
We make every effort to display the item as accurate as possible along with the colour, appearance, design and configuration of our products that appear on the site. However, computer monitor displays and pixels vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display is exactly the same as what is displayed on our IT systems.

Eligible items for exchange must be returned within 7 days from the date the items were delivered, or as otherwise stated on the items return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and conform to our terms and conditions. Please return items in their original condition, with packaging material in which the items were originally delivered including but not limited to hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
What is our return policy?
We do not currently accept returns on any order. However, we do allow for exchange in case of faulty or products with alterations. However, in the case of an alteration you shall have to mail it back to us on our address by yourself and incur the shipping charges. An additional charge on Rs 70/- will be levied by us for deliver of the altered product. If your item arrives in a damaged condition or doesn't correspond to the product you have originally ordered, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. (as mentioned above). Can I exchange/alter my item which was either customised or made to order?
We currently do not allow exchange for an item which was either customised or made to order. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer (as per the prescribed terms and conditions) to alter it without any charges. However, shipping charges shall be levied on the same. All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 15 business days which may extend depending on the extent of alteration required. We take 4 days to confirm the possibility of alteration after receiving a request. However, to-and-fro shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer in case of alterations.
